OFFENSIVE SECURITY

Test the limits.
Strengthen defense.

Penetration testing, Red Teaming and AI security. We uncover real attack paths and turn them into practical actions for your team.

Agreed scope. Demonstrated impact. Clear recommendations.

ASSESSMENT AREAS

Complex systems.
A focused assessment.

Choose the area you want to examine. We tailor the scope and methods to your architecture, risk and business objectives.

01

Application & API pentesting

From access control to business logic. We find out what an attacker can actually do with your application.

Web · REST · GraphQL · Mobile backends
Inside the assessment

Authorization, sessions, integrations and data processing. Testing from different user roles, with source code review where agreed in scope.

Discuss this scope ↗
02

Infrastructure & cloud

We look for paths from an initial foothold to the assets that matter to your organization.

Active Directory · Linux · Cloud
Inside the assessment

External and internal attack surfaces, identity, network segmentation, service and cloud configurations. We connect weaknesses into scenarios that demonstrate business impact.

Discuss this scope ↗
03

Red & Purple Team

We assess your resilience against an adversary scenario and your ability to detect and stop an attack.

Adversary simulation · MITRE ATT&CK
Inside the assessment

Objective-driven operations or assumed breach scenarios. In Purple Team engagements, we work with defenders to validate telemetry, detection rules and response.

04

AI / ML security

We test more than model responses: data, integrations, tools and permissions across the entire system.

LLM · RAG · Agents · MLOps
Inside the assessment

Prompt injection, data access, tool abuse and trust boundaries. For ML systems, the scope can cover adversarial inputs and pipeline security.

05

Social engineering

We assess how people and processes handle realistic attempts at manipulation.

Phishing · Vishing · Targeted scenarios
Inside the assessment

Organization-specific campaigns conducted under agreed rules. Findings address user responses as well as technical controls and procedures.

Discuss this scope ↗
06

Code & architecture reviews

We look for the root causes of vulnerabilities before they become attack paths in production.

Code review · Threat modeling
Inside the assessment

Analysis of critical components, data flows and trust boundaries. Practical design and implementation guidance for development teams.

RED TEAM OPERATIONS

Beyond a vulnerability.
The full attack path.

A pentest identifies weaknesses. A Red Team engagement tests whether your organization can detect and stop an adversary pursuing a defined objective.

  • 01

An objective, not an alert count

We define the asset or scenario whose protection you want to validate.

  • 02

    Realistic techniques

We select actions against your threat model and map them to MITRE ATT&CK.

  • 03

    Insights for defenders

We reconstruct the operation and identify gaps in prevention, detection and response.

Every stage follows agreed Rules of Engagement. Higher-risk actions require separate approval.

AI & ML SECURITY

New technology.
New trust boundaries.

The model is only the beginning. Risk also appears where AI accesses company data, calls tools or takes action.

Can untrusted instructions take control of your application?

We assess direct and indirect prompt injection, RAG data isolation and information disclosure in the context of actual permissions.

  • Prompt injection
  • Data access boundaries
  • Context isolation

OUR APPROACH

From the right question
to a verified fix.

You know what we test, how we work and what you receive. We keep communication clear throughout the engagement.

  1. 01

    Scope & rules

We agree on objectives, environments, timing, NDA and Rules of Engagement.

  2. 02

    Testing & communication

We perform manual testing and communicate significant findings during the engagement.

  3. 03

    Reporting & priorities

We deliver evidence, reproduction steps, impact assessments and remediation guidance.

  4. 04

    Remediation & retest

We help clarify findings and verify fixes within the agreed scope.

THE DELIVERABLE

A report you
can act on.

Useful to the people making decisions and the people implementing fixes.

  • Business risk summary
  • Documented vulnerabilities and attack paths
  • Reproduction steps and evidence
  • Priorities and practical recommendations

Before we begin

Penetration testing or Red Teaming?

Choose a pentest to examine a particular application or environment in depth. Choose Red Teaming to validate organizational defense against an adversary scenario. Your objectives and environment maturity help us select the right approach.

How do you manage production risk?

Before testing, we agree on scope, testing windows, restrictions and an emergency contact. Actions that could disrupt systems need separate approval. We can also work in a test environment.

What will I receive?

A decision-maker summary and a technical report with evidence, impact assessments and remediation guidance. Delivery arrangements and retest scope are agreed before work begins.
